Care staff on site 24/7 to assist with activities of daily living such as personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, toileting, transferring/ambulating, and meal assistance.

Tier 1 $5,000
Tier 2 $6,000
A one- time nonrefundable community fee of $1,500 is charged on admission to the facility.

Magnolia Residence participates in the Medical Waiver Program for Assisted Living.
This program assists residents with covering the costs of care based on their income/assets.
